Terms for Return of Product

Easy-Gets Mall, we operate ensuring fairness, transparency and customer satisfaction.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage. You may try on fashion items to check the size, and they will still count as unused.

  • If the item is returned in poor or unacceptable condition, we may send it back to you.

  • The product must come with all original tags, the user manual, warranty cards, and any free gifts or accessories that were included.

  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged box or manufacturer packaging.
    If it arrived with an extra outer packaging layer, it must also be returned the same way with the return label attached.
    Please do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.

Note: It is important to write your order number and return tracking number on the return package to prevent any delays or issues during the return process.

 

Once you have Submit your Request .Seller will contact you as per ‘Seller Store Warranty / Claim Policy’.

  • If you receive an item that is broken, faulty, wrong, or missing any parts, you can submit a return request through the Easy-Gets Mall on the Easy-Gets website. All return requests must be filed within 14 days from the delivery date. Every product offered on Easy-Gets Mall is guaranteed to be genuine and supplied by trusted brands.
  • Any product purchased from other seller on easy-gets.com refers to seller return policy.

For any problems with electronic devices or mobile phones that arise after use or once the return period has ended, please verify whether your item is protected under the seller’s warranty or the brand’s warranty.
If your purchase was made through Easy-Gets Mall, it is eligible for warranty coverage. Please review the Easy-Gets Mall Warranty Policy and the general Warranty Policy for full details and conditions.

For certain product categories, change-of-mind returns are allowed. Please review the Return Policy by Category section below for detailed information.

  • The item received is damaged—such as broken, cracked, or not functioning properly.
  • The delivered product is missing components, accessories, or any required parts.
  • The product sent is incorrect—wrong item, size, or color, or it is counterfeit or past its expiry date.
  • The delivered item does not match the listed description or images and differs from what was advertised.
  • The product does not fit as expected—for example, the selected size is unsuitable.
